2 Laboratory Double-Toggle Jaw Crusher

In this work, studies on machine crushing processes were carried out on double-toggle jaw crusher, schematically shown in Fig. 1.

Crushing process occurs in the chamber, wherein one jaw is fixed (1) and one movable (2), which performs circular movements changing the outlet slot. Movement of the plate is carried by two toggles (3a, 3b) and pitman (4) driven by an eccentric system. Eccentric shaft with the flywheels is driven by an electric motor.
